FOR NEWER AGENTS and PROVISIONAL BROKERS (or those just looking to build their pipeline):

Zillow FLEX Team Buyers Agent (only agency in Greenville participating in the Zillow Flex program)

No experience necessary; Great way to build business and build your pipeline.  Training offered by our Zillow partnership and mentor plus one on one training with our experienced agents.

Accountability and Coaching sessions each week.

Full Training program to include scripts; CRM (client relationship management) training; and software training

Agent receives access to office space; document management program; website leads and Zillow FLEX leads

Commission spilts are based on experience, education and objectives. Please contact our Broker In Charge or Sales Manager regarding specifics on commission spilts.

*Any Agent in the firm can receive leads and participate in the Zillow Flex program, conditions apply as agreed upon by agent and Broker In Charge.

FOR THE EXPERIENCED AGENT (NON PROVISIONAL)

Virtual Agent 

This is truly a work from home position but better.  With the virtual agent option, you pay less fees and still have access to the common area/copier/conference room in our office.  No cap on transaction fees. 

$500 Fee per transaction plus fees payable to Allen Tate (for more information please inquire)

Office and Transaction Fees to include MLS/Errors & Omissions Insurance/Doc Software and CRM.

LUNCH AND LEARN

Twice per month, we offer our agents presentations and trainings from outside referral partners and from well know educators and coaches from the real estate industry.

RENTAL PROPERTY REFERRAL FEE PROGRAM

Most agents have clients who purchase investment and rental property.  Our firm has a unique program that will allow an agent to refer those clients to our firm for property management and the agent receives a referral fee each month the property is leased.  Referral fees based on property management fee and length of contract. Conditions apply.
